Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also included in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
